Update Speculation thread

Well, I said this on friday which pretty much sums things up

 

The update will be released in the next week to 14 days.
The update will be worth the wait.

 

Put the update in the bag and no one gets hurt

If the update is supposed to be before Christmas then we only have a little more then 5 days left, but it surely isn't promised.

 

suppose this SUV counterpart to the bastion does exist, perhaps it's called the "Bruckell Beast"?
seems a little simplistic compared to MoonHawk, LeGran, or Bastion, but it seems plausible at least.

 

If so, then the inclusion of "Beast" in the config title means there is a non-beast offroad version.

 

Yeah not promised but i atleast have a pretty good feeling in the gut that it rolls out before christmas as intended.

It's coming before the holidays - but I have dreams, you know

 

i think 24.0.3 will release today or tomorrow. possibly the new bruckell and bolide remaster will be in x-mas or new year. 5 days left til the 25th. the teasers seem pretty finished, and if im not wrong they said the update will come before the holidays. But hey, im hyped for that one off road police car... thing.....

 

Well, it certainly isnt long before christmas anymore so..

 

A holiday update post-Christmas would be weird, and I don't expect a major release on Christmas Eve, which only leaves 4* possible days...

*Unless TDev can fold the fabric of space-time that is.

 

I certainly hope they don't make it so you have to unlock certain configs in free roam. That kind of takes away the fun of having everything available. I know there is a joy in unlocking things with effort. Maybe if that's what happens, they can make an option that allows them all to be unlocked.

for me at least, there's only 10 minutes till december 20th
20th to 24, all of those days viable for the update
i'm personally putting my bets on the 21st or 22nd
number one, the 21st is my birthday /s lmao
but actually number one the 21st is tuesday, so that could be either update or teaser tuesday
or 22nd because of some guy's "2" thing, where some teasers released on a 2 so they thought the update would release on a 2, which it did (or just because it's a day after a potential teaser tuesday)
and secondly just because it fits in the timeframe well

I swear to god, everytime tdev even farts it would instantly getting 10+ likes xD
But yeah, i putting my money on the 22nd too.
Im so exited to see the Bastion put in drive and moving.
Im also really really excited to see if they stick with the sedan only or hauled in a 2 dr coupe without giving anything about it away before release but i wont be disappointed if not.
Bolide is also hot, hot, hot. It just deserves its remaster and im stoked to see what they´ve done to that thing.
