Thumbnail Generator Not Working

so, i've been trying to make a thumbnail for a config that i made for the 200bx, but the thumbnail generator doesnt take pictures and when i try to stop it, it says "will stop". how do i fix this?

idk, I clear cache twice and it won't cut it either, good to know that I'm not the only one having this issue

yeah i've done a complete reinstall of the game and it didnt work

It hasn't worked for like a year for me, it just crashes the game when I start it. I know it could be an issue with my PC but it used to work fine before they changed the file extensions of thumbnails.

The thumbnail generator works fine for me, though before 0.24, it didn't work, just crashed. Unsure on what's happening there.
