why I gotta abandon my own mod? if anything, the discussion lets me know the mod still works.

i dont mean to bump this but just wanted to put this here in case anyone tries this mod i believe that this mod can cause the issue with the glass textures on the h series showing no textures let me know if other people have varied results though

I managed to go 13600+ mph with the phone before it broke but it took 30 mins of pressing the thrusters key and it was worth it

That makes me wonder, what is the highest speed physically possible in the game? It would need the smallest, lightest and strongest structure physically possible, no aero drag at all, and strongest thrusters possible, to properly measure the speed it would need all the refnodes so at least 4 nodes, maybe 5 to make it symmetrical so it flies more straight, I might try to check this all

So I've made an experiment. I created the smallest stable structure with proper refnodes possible, added thrusters to it and started gradually increasing the power by 100 to see what is the highest physically achievable speed in the game.
The answer is more complex than you may think. Practically, it is possible to get speed so high the speedometer just reads infinity, which I managed to do. However there seems to be some speed limit related to stability and when you break it you can no longer reset or else the game will crash. That speed seems to be around Mach 10 thousand, so around 12250440 km/h or 7612070 mph, according to the mach speedometer app from the V10 Destroyer mod. Enjoy the "vehicle" I made that goes this fast, feel free to use it, just don't make it faster or your game will crash.

I'm not sure if Taza would let me post this or not, but I felt like spending 5 minutes in Notepad to make this vehicle mod a little crazier. It now has much more varied thrust, drag, and friction configurations in tuning. I made an account just to post this lol
