I think they are talking about around the wheel arches and the pillars only having 1 vertices, personally i think adding maybe 1 more to the pillars wouldn't hurt but its fine. Other than that the model is super good, clean and generally awesome. Just make sure you fix the line going down the center of the car that i assume was created by the mirroring process.
Yeah that's what the center line was . and the pillars DEFINATELY need more than one. They look so sharp right now. The thing is I don't want to add too many polys before it gets harder to create other parts of the car because of it. I will of course round those wheel arches. i have a go kart, with a standard race chassis (very similar to your model) it has no plastics and a 7 hp briggs and stratton engine, go about 70, anyways if you need and reference pictures im happy to help
