Small feedback: the curtains in parking spots (first pic) have collisions and not all vehicles can fit in there. Can you check if it's possible to change that? Other than that, everything seems great, well done. Chisai feels perfect for this tight map
The actual models for those curtains extend a fair bit beyong the visible texture, the bottom like quarter of the texture is just empty, I have no clue why they would do it like this. I could fix but it'd involve re-uving every curtain on the map so it'll be a while before that's done if I ever decide to do it
