You are using an intel cpu please use an other one for better performance(Solved)

When I open beamng It says "You are using an intel GPU, please choose a different one to improve performance"
And I can close it and join a map but my performance are bad I get like 10fps it’s unplayable.
So I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help me ?
Also this thing already happened to me a while ago but since I found no answers I just stopped to play the game and 1month later it was back to normal.
PS: I am using an Intel Core i7 and I have bought the official game and before that Beamng was running fine with 60fps and hight performance.

 

Buy a graphics card, if you already have one make sure the monitor is plugged in to it and not the main board

 

are you using a gaming laptop or a desktop? please could you list your full pc specs?

 

Nvm Guys sorry I found the solution myself
I just needed to update the Nvidia Driver
