    Hello Beamers,
I'm new here at the site, but have been playing BNG for many years, and I love it!
However I startet having a lot of trouble with the game the last few weeks with the game being very laggy and many BSOD's. This is only happening when playing BeamNG, and I have a decent spec computer.

So far I've gotten these stopcodes from the Blue Sceen of Death:
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
and a few others as well, that I didn't manage to write down before the reboot.

    Computer specs:
    Windows 10
    Intel Core i7-9700K
    MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS
    ASUS TURBO-RTX2080TI-11G
    etc...

What I tried doing so far:
    Reinstalling the game through Steam
Clearing the cache in the game startup menu (standard + deep)
Updating the drivers for my graphiccard

I'm not really a computer savvy guy, so bare with me. Hope you have some kind of idea for a fix :)

How much RAM do you have ? All these specs should run the game very well, but these error kinda remind me of a ram problem.

Crucial Ballistix Sport AT 2x16GB 3000MHz

That's good, it think it's a driver/software problem, your hardware seems very good...

Do you think there's a way to figure out what causes this? This problem is only with BeamNG, and before and after updates of drivers

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

The above bugs are usually caused by driver errors. Try doing the following:
    1) Download and Install your Nvidia GPU drivers from the official driver page: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
The drivers automatically installed by windows may be corrupted.
    2) Try running BeamNG in safe mode.
    3) In Windows update, click on view optional updates, and install them.
    4) While running BeamNG, open task manager and monitor the cpu, gpu, ram and disk usage. See if anything is eating up your resources (especially Antimalware Service Executable of Windows).
    5) Run sfc /scannow in command prompt.
    6) If none of these work, you can try running BeamNG using your integrated gpu (Intel UHD 630). You will get a lot lower fps, so lower your graphics settings and resolution if you need to. If it still crashes, then you can get a headstart by ruling out a potential graphics driver issue. If it doesn't crash, then first try running the game in the exact same settings in your Nvidia GPU and see if it crashes. If it still crashes, then download an older driver for your gpu and see if that works. If that also doesn't work, then I will take a look into it.

If you need any help with the above steps, you can reply to this thread or pm me.

Try to scan the game for potentially corrupted files maybe? It’s something like “check file integrity”.

@Matt_890s after cleaning the cache, the launcher automatically verifies file integrity.

How do I install older ve
Thanks for taking your time to help me - very appreciated!

The game crashed with the following message:

    Box:
    BeamNG.drive - D3D11 Error #887a0005

    Message:
FATAL ERROR: The GPU is not responing.

BeamNG has experienced a fatal error. Clicking on OK will close
BeamNG and create a crashreport. Please send the report so we can
    resolve the problem.

After clicking OK, this next box came:

    BeamNG.drive has exited unexpectedly

    0xC000041D

So it's still not working for me. I also tried removing the game completely from my computer, by uninstalling through Steam, and the I went through my local and document folder to remove all the other additional folders, and then do a fresh reinstall. I played it for 2 min, and then it BSOD with stopcode MEMORY_MANAGEMENT :(

This makes me kind of sad, because I really want to play

At least now it's clear that your gpu is the problem.

Can you tell me your nvidia driver version? Few ways to do that:
    1) Right click desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.
    2) Select Nvidia control panel from taskbar (usually in hidden icons).
    3) Search Nvidia control panel in windows search.

Driver version is found in the home page.

Your GPU drivers seem to be the issue if the error is fatal GPU error, try installing older drivers, see if one of them works
