Hello! Sometimes when I'm bored, I like to go onto Google Maps and explore different roads and find interesting things like abandoned buildings.

I created this thread as a place for you to share some interesting abandoned buildings/places that you found on Google Street View.

It doesn't have to be where near you live. Please do not share locations of the buildings for safety reasons.

    2) Three abandoned houses, North Carolina

    3) Whatever this is (old church, perhaps?)

    Have fun. :)

i live in a small town in nc

WHICH IS PERFECT FOR THIS TOPICCCCC

    1. Abandoned property after owner died

(picture above was taken in 2019)

Above shows what the house looked like in 2016, then the owner was murdered in 2018, then the house was taken down early 2019. R.I.P. Wanda.

    2. Another abandoned house after owner died

(picture above was taken in 2019)

This was the house picture taken a few weeks before the owner died and the house collapsed. I have no idea who used to own it, I just drive by it sometimes.

    3. Abandoned burned down farmhouse

This one I have a little backstory to it. So, at my old house, some of my friends found a weird building in the woods near our house on google maps. We tried to go there buuuuuut we couldnt get in the forest without walking through TONS of poison ivy so we had to scrap it. After 2 months, we finally asked our neighbor (because the building was directly behind their backyard) and they said it was an old farm that burned down after the owner died. Everything wood in the building was gone like the beater covet, and the land still stands there today. Cool.

P.S.: If the pictures corrupt, im sorry, for some reason they corrupt with no reason.
