Curiosity question: does anyone know how the site reports a mod as "viewed"? I downloaded it, but it's still at 0 views after reloading and navigating away and back to the page
This mod just keeps getting better and better, love the work, it's really great and all the updates makes it a ton better. One suggestion if you can make the off-road suspension tunable for more ride height and more flex that would be awesome. But so far tons of fun.
sorry,what if i made custom configs,because i did custom configs and now its orange again but i can't even see the custom config,so where do i delete?
If you made a custom config you'd like to keep, just move it out of the vehicles folder (in the 0.24 folder) and delete the temp folder again, also make sure that you have no other mods enabled, and try again. If everything's good, then try moving the custom config back into the vehicles folder and see if it still works. I'm not sure if that will exactly work, since I've never made a custom config for this mod.
i didnt really like the old v8 sound, maybe other do like it but i dont. my opinion. not that i dont like the mod, its just, ill shut up.
Yeah everyone has his own opinion. But i think that civetta rattle sound doesnt fit, it sounds too old for what it is.
I agree, as I had this idea also. But when I actually tried the idea out, it doesn't deliver what I was hoping for, so I threw it out of the window, which I am very sorry for.
I gotta say, this mod is a masterpiece. I've been following your progress since the start, and I'm in love with this mod. The work you've put into this is mindblowing, and the constant updates to keep improving this mod are beyond amazing. Props to you man, one of my favorite mods on the forums.
I have been following this mod for a while and boy has it been updated a lot the modder is so into bringing us new content --- Post updated --- I have the same problem i cleared the cache multiple times redownloaded the mod multiple times still dosent work
Go to your userfolder (appdata/local/beamng.drive/0.24) and then delete your temp folder (basically clearing cache but quicker, do it just in case), and then delete the land rover defender folder in the vehicles folder, assuming that you didn't make any custom configs. Try deactivating all mods except for the Defender to see if the problem is due to a different mod conflicting with the Defender, and see if it works.
Pls make the front lights separately black as it is done with the original model. Ty so much for updating the mod. this is the best mod in the game.
