Water glitch

Hi, on all default maps with water there is this glitch causing them to pixelate and flicker really badly. please see attached video.
It is sometimes noticeable at a distance but gets worse up close. As a result, I cannot drive anywhere near the sea on any map without it looking unrealistic. I have cleared cache several times, verified integrity, and used safe mode.
Would really appreciate help please if anybody has had the same problem or may know what the cause is. Thanks in advance.

Not yet, but what gpu do you have? on my laptop with 900 series nvidia graphics it does not appear, but on my pc with a rx6700xt it does

 

I have RX550

But It Fixed After Resize Window And Enter Full Screen Again
But The Water Glitch Make Me Feel Bad When Enjoy Driving
My Specs Are
Nvidia GeForce MX250
Intel Core i5 Gen 10
Windows 11 Dev (22557 ni_release)
