I did a quick search on the real life 2020 Defender and everything I found said the transfer case is Full time 4wd with a locking center diff although none of them mentioned how it locked. Electronically? Also they only mention the read diff being a locking diff, nothing about the front. I can't imagine welded diffs on any street driving 4x4. The handling would be horrible.

For me, it basically uses the ETK/Bastion AWD transfercase but with the low range. On Off-road mode, the center Diff is 100% locked when you are under acceleration.

Thank you all! New big update is now ready :) As always, thanks to @dumpling for his handful hand with improvements and fixes:

    • Added the V8 007 Edition:
      • Features custom exterior color and interior (including steering wheel, console and door panels), specific badging, illuminated door sill, smoked rear foglights and dark muffler among others
    • Added Defender First Edition tailgate badge (note both this and the 007 badge are under lettering slots, not Defender slots, in fact the Defender slot must be empty to avoid multiple meshes in the same place)
    • Added missing USB port in the dash (central area below the Defender logo)
    • Steering Wheel update (appliable to all variants):
      • Defender logo is more visible
      • Missing icons are now placed
      • Embossed parts are now straight out of the real car, so they look more accurate
      • Solved some decals looking chrome-ish
    • Made the door panel buttons darker
    • Improved the mirror repeater texture when lighted
    • Fixed missing bolt in the console (left side)
    • Fixed not found material spamming the console with errors
    • Fixed headlight flares not aligned with the actual source of light
    • Fixed one of the grills still having its original bar attached
    • Improved traction for quicker response, increasing off-road climbing ability
    • All RHD parts are only found in RHD unibodies to clean up the parts list
    • Remade (almost) sport suspension for best possible handling
    • Slightly updated suspension for minimizing body roll
Funny thing is I didn't say anything about my moves since no result so far happened, but in fact I already tried all of that, Iamthelaw105 said Marcel wasn't probably going to be willing to help, but he would ask, but so far no response, I also contacted the mod support team, to no avail as well...

Can the "2020" be replaced by "2022" In the mod name?
edit: Like, "2022 Land Rover Defender"

Doesn't really make sense, since the different years could change in terms of configurations and other things. If the mod does get 2021 and 2022 parts, it would make more sense to name it the 2020-2022 Defender

Forza Horizon 5 doesn't have that model, so most likely not.

Only fix I can prolly think of is use actual needles but try and get them to look like the digital ones and try and hide the part where the needle connects

rear fog lamps dont exactly have a pattern, unlike the front ones, which have a lower cutoff as to not blind oncoming traffic (or AI)

Just FYI, the way the slots are laid-out now means that you can't have the grille bar fitted with the off-road bumper (because the slot is a child of the standard bumper). Maybe the grille could be given it's own slot?

That aside though, it's this kind of attention to detail (separating the parts and allowing people to build their ideal new Defender) that makes this mod really stand-out.

Well, a new update is out, and it's also quite big I have to say! :)

    screenshot_2022-02-01_11-25-16.png screenshot_2022-02-01_10-49-57.png screenshot_2022-02-01_09-50-00.png screenshot_2022-02-01_09-11-25.png screenshot_2022-01-31_20-05-57.png
    • Added missing V8 door sills (standard obviously on the V8 now)
    • Added medium grey Defender hood badge (standard in the V8 too)
    • The roof lining is now correct in color (with accurate naming) with Light Oyster Morzine being the standard choice
    • The elements attached to the lining (interior mirror, sunvisors and central dome) are now separate from the lining and have a black option for each element (they are standard in the V8 and 007)
    • Improved the foglights pattern and effect (thanks to @Dönerfreak and @PostmortemSlayer)
    • Added 7 new configs based on real life options (thanks to CarTMatt @Discord )
    • Updated and improved V8 sounds (thanks to CarTMatt @Discord )
    • Added alternative grey Land Rover badges all around the car (the normal one is standard in all configs)
    • Added normal maps and reflections to the new rear badging (First Edition and 007)
    • Fixed and updated exhaust tips (the quads now emit smoke from every pipe, and the I4 only from the side they are supposed to go)
    • Fixed and updated the left (LHD)/ right (RHD) side of the dashboard (the shading and texturing is now correct)
    • Fixed the Front Undershield bar below the vents being metal instead of black
    • Front bumper options organized (reduced to take advantage of the newly independent parts)
    • Front fog lights removed from the lower Defender trims, according to official Land Rover Defender configurator (kept in the new configs for showcase purposes)
    • Added correct pricing to '007' trim
    • Fixed the Off-Road bumper not having the grill bar slot
    • Fixed the antenna not being black at all times
    • Fixed texture issues in both sides of the spare wheel cover (metal variant)
    • Added the 3 missing bolts on each side of the dash

Thank you! As you can see, they are part of this update too :)

Thanks for the report, I forgot to add the slots to the off-road bumper, the slot is independent but of course needs to be added manually to every bumper, so now is fixed :)
