So I downloaded a plane from worldofmods...

And no, It isn't a virus, it's a Plane Mod. Neither is it a mesh lap. It's an imported model from GTA 5 with the ability to fly in old versions. Problem is... it can't even spawn in the latest version. doesn't have an input file but somehow it flies with custom controls in older versions of the game. Tried everything(putting in unpacked, making archive and putting in the content folder), but seems like the game won't spawn it in the latest version. Here's the Folder(scanned by virustotal). It's not the mod that is a virus, it is the website you downloaded it from. You better have one hell of an antivirus. I am definitely not downloading that file. However, I can tell you that the mod is most likely broken. You can attempt to downgrade to 0.14.0.5, and if it doesn't work, you are out of luck. In any case, mods not from the official website are not supported here. Most mods from worldofmods.com, modland.net, beamngdrivemods.com, etc. are stolen and of questionable quality. If you want to download a good plane mod, or at least one that isn't stolen, look here: air.45

No, worldofmods just reuploaded it to their site, like they do with all mods.

Here is how you can fix it.
1. find the file
2. drag it to your desktop.
3. drag it to the recycle bin aswell as any anime

worldofmods is frowned upon here, because just like this mod, they stole it, added some stupid files/and/or a virus, and reuploaded it to their site without proper credits.

Ive had this plane mod for ages, even when you get it spawned in it doesnt even fly,
Ive talked to someone about it who knows more programming i do and apparently the engine torque is inverted so it doesnt move, i cant confirm this but thats what they said
