Maybe, but if it it breaks it breaks. Everyone's always on these threads complaining "Oh, so-and-so doesn't work." Like no shit, the mod is outdated, so if it breaks then that's a side effect to it being old. Talking about it isn't going to get it fixed any quicker.

 

I heard complaining about them complaining about it not being fixed isn't going to get them to stop complaining any quicker...

Everyone keeps bumping these threads for outdated mods and complain about it being broken. No shit it's broken, it was made for an older game version and is outdated, that's just how it is. If he updates it, he'll update it. But I've literally seen threads of mods on this forum that are like literally fucking five years old and some random guy bumps it to say it's broken. Or even just other old threads. I made a thread back in 2015 and some bloke the other day bumped it. Like you know damn good and well it's old, you're even reminded that it's old before you even make a post, and you have to click a checkbox to confirm that you know it's old, like what even?

It's like with Cascadeur's Charger mod. A couple people pointed out that the suspension was broken, and he was aware of that. And yet regardless, like 200 more people almost a year later bumped it to say the suspension was broken, instead of just scrolling up to see that it was already mentioned.

 

to be fair everything works fine for me so i dont see why people complain about it beeing broken. plus i agree with you. some peeps should chill down with saying that mods are broken. sadly a lot of people moved on or just dont have so much time to fix those mods, so they will stay broken for now. for example the 5 door covet. i dont say that beamNG drive developers are wrong but they could chill down with non stop upgrading textures (even young mods are broken like ibishu saga headlights) but they are just doing their job to make the game better. if you want you can fix that mod like someone did with prasu mod. just a few clicks to find the creator of this satsuma mod and boom! you gained permission. ofc, there might be trust issues so...
