Photo Mode Blur

    I used the blur feature in photomode to take a picture of a car, and when I exited photomode, the blur stayed. I have tried clearing the cache, rebooting my computer, and safe mode, and nothing has fixed it. what can I do?? I have a youtube channel and I cannot record anything with the blur effect on.
