Help! Whenever I load a custom map, this happens!

Title pretty much says it all. What is causing this?



EDIT: Just tried to load other maps too, even default ones, and the same thing happens. ffs

 

something has broken, i'm not sure how or why it happens but when it happened to me (on several occasions), i redownloaded the game, also this is in the wrong place

 

If you have the game on steam try to delete the LUA folder. Then go to steam, beamnNG properties and check che game file. Steam will redownload the lua folder And the game should work again

 

Just activate the physics by pressing J.

I had the same problem sometimes , I think, the physiks are broken, I fixt it, if I had restartet the game and worked fine....

 

In the future, please be sure to post questions like this in the "Help & Support" thread instead of the "Terrain" thread. This thread is for finished and WIP maps, not help with loading issues.

I have had this problem sometimes, though I wouldn't really consider it a problem, I would consider it a bug. If you paused physics and then exited to the main menu, and then you try to load a new map, you will run into this situation. You just need to unpause physics to correct it.

 

I had this problem wen i had the techdemo and tried to open costume maps.
I think you should redownload the game and it should works.

happened to me just re-install the game but backup your mods and add them back on-by-one checking their compatibility
