I am trying to export an i3 engine but I only got 8 samples out of the 23 that were supposed to be there. Everything likes fine in the code though.

(I set it to only export that rpm and I made it long and added some modulation so it will sound a little more realistic)

The sound is at the right pitch an stuff though it definitely sounds like it is missing a lot of samples.

Again the delay isn't long enough lol you need to make it longer (that's why Windows beeps at you since its trying to set the tempo for the next audio while its exporting the last one)

interesting stuff. unrelated to helping fix the issue, but that sounds a bit like a bad steering pump. idk if thats because its ford or what lmao

Any update on the crown vic 4.6 modular 2v sohc? This engine sound is almost nonexistant in video games since forever and nobody has made a good mod for it online whatsoever so you are doing gods work kinda.

Your loops aren't seamless enough. They are squaring into each other causing these alien annoying noise in between when they go from end point back to begin point. This is not as notice-able with fewer sound samples being used and with 1 cylinder fire granular synthesis methods but with such small samples like you have and so many you really need the looping to be dead on.

Yeah, I know what that sounds like, since my dad had a power steering fluid leak. I'm still trying to figure out how to get a more relistic sound

Do you have plans to make other engine sounds? And If you want to make different firing orders, pitch each "cylinder" down by the amount of semitones that corresponds to the cylinder. For example if you were making an I6 engine the first "cylinder: would be -1 semitone (-100 cents), the second one would be -5 semitones (-500 cents), the third one would be -3 semitones (-300 cents), the fourth one would be -6 semitones (-600 cents), the fifth on would be -2 semitones (-200 cents) and the sixth one would be -4 semitones (-400 cents) for a 1-5-3-6-2-4 firing order. Also when you get the sounds into beam, go into the world editor to the Engine Audio Debug App and click on reset all to 0 so you get the right sound.
