oh god im waiting for the daewoo tico or suzuki alto or maruti 800 or daihatsu cuore its pretty much the same car lol
there was a daewoo matiz mod being worked on but it has been dead since december 2021/january 2022 with no progress since then
What about Iris Bud Aster Bud Or Iris Tulip Aster Tulip They are flower names lol it’ll be fitting for this small car lol
But if name is so important for u guys and this mod can't just be called Mitsubishi Colt, I suggest that the brand should be something that already exists in the game (eg Ibishu).
Hi guys, sorry to disappoint you all, but after 2 weeks of silence I sadly don't have any progress to show. Recently school has gotten really tough, taking up a lot of my free time and my motivation for this project, and even with the amount I still had, I just simply couldn't do anything worth showing. I think I'm going to put this mod on hold for now. Maybe I'll manage to slap something together and make an update, who knows. Again, i'm sorry for disappearng for the 3rd time and disappointing you guys, and i'll hopefully see you next week.
Hey again, it's been quite a while since I last posted here. Over 3 months, in fact. In this time I've been on a break for 2 months and the rest was kinda development limbo, but after getting back to work for a few weeks I can say that I've got progress worth showing. So here's the car now: As you can see, it's changed a bit since the last update, so let's go through all the changes and additions I've done: So first, I've retextured the body and some other parts, making new textures for the underside and doors: I've then added the lights and glass... ...along with emisive textures, which were honestly a pain in the ass and took half the total time I've been working: Now the big thing - the interior: It's now 90% done, being only a couple textures and models away from full completion. I made a lot of different and probably useless parts for extra customization and for accuracy with the variants of the real car. There are 2 steering wheels, different door panels, customizable dash parts and different seats to choose from. For example, here is the base spec interior: Here's the sporty and better equipped ZX/GTz trim featuring bucket seats: And here is the limited edition LX "Monarch" sporting luxurious wood inserts, leather seats and an automatic: As I said, lots of customization. I'm planning on adding even more, mainly small items like a Wunderbaum tree or sunglasses, but also some bigger additions, like the new Digidash. I hope to have around 25 different options, but no promises here. On to the next new feature: the new rally bodykit I've basically remade the thing, this time taking inspiration from various 90's and early 2000's rally cars, especially the Super 1600 group. The 'extrusions' are now more clearly defined and the entire bodykit is around 3cm wider, bringing the total width to 5.3cm. I've also made some tweaks to the other kit's fender flares, but those include mostly shading, so it's not really noticeable. Now there also is almost full skin support too, and to show that I made a rusty skin that will be going on the Beater config: And to finish this off, I made some new wheels: These are the steelies, all base models will use the silver ones. I know that there already are black steelies, but I wanted to make custom ones as the real Mirage, even in the base spec, had bare silver wheels, and not black ones. I also made these three-spokes, named Triathlon, for "looking great on the highway, the road and the dirt": These are going on the pre-facelift LX and ZX trims. And I also made a simple star-shaped hubcap, the Astera, for the better facelift trims: They're named after the starfish family's latin name Asteroidea. In the meantime I've also decided that the car will be branded Ibishu as much as I regret it, cause having a 75hp compact car be from Hirochi is just plain unrealistic. So, that's all for now. If you guys have any questions or suggestions feel free to ask them. And before I go, I have one last question for you: I've been thinking about taking the engine models from the remastered Pessima as placeholders until I get/make actual models. This would give me some more time to finish other things before eventually releasing the mod, and be lore-friendly with the '96 Ibishu lineup using the same engine types as well. What do you think about this idea? Here's the last pic: Enjoy!
i am so, genuinely in love with this car one of my dream cars is a Cyborg ZR MIVEC so this is just a dream come true to be able to cruise around in what ill practically never be able to own irl awesome work, looks very sharp and clean. the extensive detail is only making me even more excited to play with it. as for the engines, its probably best to use the Pessima engines for the lore (Ibishu) version of the car. you could even do a red valve cover for whatever you decide to make your MIVEC system be named. If you're familiar with KLJP (my mod), i use SR-TEC for Ibishu products. again, good luck to you sir and i look forward to release
