the mod has effort put into it, its the creators decision to make it paid, he wants money for his work. I dont see the issue with paid mods if they have actual effort put into them. If anything, this is an unsolicited advertisement for YouTube channel membership, which is not allowed on the Beamng forums. This forum post is trying to sell something, not to post a mod or information on a mod like every single other post in this category. This mod is not "Released," it is for sale. I'm not a moderator, of course, but in my opinion the advertising should stay on YouTube.

I don't understand why people are so fed up with paid mods, like I'm probably not going to buy it but I'm still not complaining and bugging about it. It seems like a lot of effort was put into the mod and it's definitely a unique mod for sure, so I don't see why it's such a taboo for modders to at least earn something from their hard work in the long run. Might as well just completely nag LucasBE and Crashhard about their paid mods, but complaining isn't going to do any favors. They even mentioned that there is no renewing needed and that you'd be able to receive updates forever from the mod. Is that really something worth complaining for?
