why does my car look like this ?

    That is officially a bug there I suspect...can one of the DEVS take a look at this please!

    my game does this too, when I switch to higher lighting. Lower the lighting quality to LOWEST and all is fine. 99% sure of that one.

    I just updated to the latest version after installing Steam for the first time in years and I too was having this exact Lighting Quality problem. The only way to "fix" the graphics is to turn the Lighting Quality down to the Lowest setting. Is this a bug, is there any fix for it?

    There are 2 fixes.

    #1 don't buy AMD GPUs cos they suck (my opinion based on experiences such as these)
    #2 force anti aliasing off from catalyst control centre. Its an AMD GPU issue where it automatically applies anti aliasing and buggers it up in the process.

    Well i'm not goign out and buying a new GPU for this problem, but I will force off the Anti aliasing and see if that works.
