Just imagine the excitement of the average player when they explore the mineshafts of Utah and find a BeamNG version of the Prangler Barnfinds are pretty standard in open world car games nowadays and as far as I can tell are generally well received. If the player doesn't want to play along then it's always a quick google search away. This would be a great way to get weird content in game, whether it be weird parts like swivel frames or lore content like Pete Burnside JR's stock car, or some of the more out-there configs like the FATT. If the devs didn't want to do barnfind/collectibles then there still needs to be some rewards in game, and unique vehicles would be a lot cooler than something like credits or an otherwise easily obtainable car. --- Post updated --- Then go into freeroam. I don't see any reason that your career mode progress would be tied to things outside of career mode. You could apply this to every progression aspect in career mode, not just barnfind cars.
There already is such a version for the Bastion: it's the Street Tuned variant, with the V6 with the loud exhaust and the Twin-Turbos, the 22in silver UTR Voltaires, the widebody and the Super Blue paint.
Ooops, I accidentally quoted a different post, I wanted to answer to you. But ok. This doesn't seem very childish without these parts. Based on my childhood experiences, widebodies and turbos are the most basic prerequisites for a dream build of a child, I'd say!
the Japanese pickup would have to be similar to the Datsun 620 or 720 pickup (small ute-sized pickup from 1970s-1980s) or any of the similar models like the Hilux or Mazda B-series (not the Ranger based one) of the era. The Subaru B.R.A.T. should also be counted for consideration as well.
then i guess you grew up in a place with some decent taste if i built a car based off of high school parking lots around here it would have 90% tint, 12 inch diameter exhaust, faux chrome hubcaps, led rainbow headlights, and fuzzy dice
The thing is that isn't in most of their budgets, hence the fartcan Civics and the straight piped V6 Chargers/Challengers. --- Post updated --- Exactly.
Mine would be 100% tint, exhaust the size of your head, big and I mean BIG rims, and squatted suspension
Where I come from the shitboxes are just slammed 2000s-early-2010s altimas and corollas with stock wheels, fading paint and a bad tint job.
Lots of discussion and interesting ideas, sparked by the fact that the Bastion engine is in the Common folder XD --- Post updated ---
where im from we have one guy known as 'the menace' rolls around in a chevy cruise with tacked on chrome flames and a million aftermarket aero parts, all non functional seeing it in the wild is like living a fever dream
Which one? If it’s the V6, I’d say we can expect a modern small pickup truck, like a Colorado. If it’s one of the V8s, it’s probably for a restomod config of the moonhawk when it gets it’s remaster.
