Invisible Wall on West Coast in the small tunnel under the City overpass entrance

I was driving through this tunnel and all of a sudden crashed into an invisible wall on the base version of West Coast. I've never had an issue here before. I then changed cars and went to the other side and tried again, and found a sizable gap that is not drivable. Between the rear of the current car and the tire marks on the other side. Anyone else experience this?

I have the same problem，it is unbelievable！There is a invisible wall. Can somebody fix this problem?
