If you get hit whilst you are spinning at around 170 to 180 MPH it will prompt the car into the air and blowover.
Yes, the car needs to get air underneath it to do a blowover. It won't blowover just spinning on its own; the back end is not off the ground so there's no air to lift it off.

Hey, I can't seem to get roof flaps to come up at all, it doesn't even look like they are on the car itself and I can't "grab" them, but I've tried downloading the files in the main post multiple times. I feel like I might be downloading the 1.0 files, does anyone know how I can get the 1.1 files?
Try deep cleaning your cache, and delete the 2fast mod if you have it. Make sure you have downloaded all 3 files at the top of page 1, besides that I'm not sure what else to try
It's a cache issue, you have the old model saved, which doesn't have the roof flaps. Clean cache and the new model will load.
