    RTGI wayyy too strong, surfaces don't reflect like that when they are dry, even with rainy/reflective surfaces. Recommend if you are trying to make a photorealistic reshade, look at IRL screenshots. Gives a good example if you are mainly trying to focus on reflections. Or if you want to focus on other stuff like shadows, brightness, and so on. From what I have seen at least, they don't look like that in person. Sum advice for any future edits that you may make. ;)
