why doesnt it let me play

it been going for a while i keep getting a error code 0x3000001
Failed to get documents directory path
i have tried
1: reinstall it
2: run as admin
3: verify game files
4: delete game files and install again
5: win + r i tried to delete userpath_overide but it didnt show up

 

what are your pc specs?

 

sapphire pulse amd radeon rx 6600
20Ram
300GB of space
