    I was messing with the bolide suspension and noticed that on both the front and rear suspensions, the lower node selected is a hub node instead of the lower suspension anchor. The springs on the tt and sport coilovers are properly beamed, but the shocks and bump stops on all of them are attached to the hub.

    I do not know if this is intentional, but it seems strange given that the coilover has different lower anchor points
    below is the relevant section in "bolide_suspension_r.jbeam".

    //rear springs
    ["rs1r","rs2r", {"name":"spring_RR", "precompressionRange":0.046,
    ["rs1l","rs2l", {"name":"spring_RL", "precompressionRange":0.046,
    //shocks
    ["ra2r","rs2r", {"name":"damper_RR",
    ["ra2l","rs2l", {"name":"damper_RL",
    //bump stops
    ["ra2r","rs2r"]
    ["ra2l","rs2l"]

    Below are the relevant beams in "bolide_suspension_f.jbeam"
    //front springs
    ["fs1l","fs2l"] {"name":"spring_FL", "precompressionRange":0.073,
    //shocks
    ["fh1r","fs2r"] {"name":"damper_FR",
    ["fh1l","fs2l"] {"name":"damper_FL",
    //bump stop
    ["fh1r","fs2r"]
    ["fh1l","fs2l"]

    Yes, it's done intentionally, as the damping beams need heavier nodes for stability reasons, and this way there is less extra weight added than if we also made the spring perch heavy enough. One just has to take care that the motion ratios are a bit different when tuning the dampers.

    That's cool. I only noticed because I moved the hubs out half a meter lol
