1: deep clean your cache or delete the "temp" folder in your userfolder
2: remove any other mustang mods
3: make sure you have the latest version, that can be found on this post:

I have a feeling that this and all of your other mods will release when Rolling Acres Mall will reopen.

Not too shabby. At least they sound closer to the actual 5.0L Coyote engine compared to the samples currently implemented in the mod. Share it, send it, do whatever you want in that regard.

On another note, I have released a minor update to the mod. Not as many changes as I had hoped for, but still worth mentioning and sharing anyway:
    • Significantly reduced the file size of the mod due to resized thumbnail resolutions. Approximately 100 MB was shaved off from the compressed file.
    • Incorporated some more PBR materials such as black trim and wheels, provided by Rembol.
    • Added some more factory colors that were added in 2021 and 2022 (Cyber Orange, Eruption Green, Brittany Blue, and Mischievous Purple just to name a few).
    • Some other minor bugfixes and improvements.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to update this mod as much as I wanted since I have been busy as previously stated. While I will try to maintain the mod as much as possible, my priorities at this time are solely focused on ensuring my own personal life is being taken care of. I still want to add a few more variants and other bits and pieces, but they all depend if I have the free time. Thanks for understanding nonetheless :)

I've been doing test and found some things out that some people might be interested in. The original mod (148mb, 38 configs) has not text for the facelift gauges, but has better damage, especially at high speed impacts. How ever, the update by berry (77mb, 40 configs) has 2 extra configurations(Mach 1 Auto and manual), working facelift gauges, but like mentioned the damage is not as good(gets spiky and very jagged) idk what was expected by making berry's version almost 100mb's smaller, less assets, less detail. I prefer to use the original due to the better damage(after all this game is for soft body physics). Lastly the latest version on page 1(120mb, also 38 configs) has the best damage, but there is a no text error for any broken or cracked glass. However the facelift gauges do work. Conclusion, if you care about damage, go with the original if you can find it. If configs and looks are what you like go with berry's version. I would not recommend the current version on page 1 due to the no text on cracked glass effecting all windows and the headlights making it all to noticeable, where as on the original you can still use the normal gauges to get rid of no text or just play in 3rd person.

Keep in mind, these test are from my are from my experience, and so you may find different results. I am VERY keen on making sure i don't have different versions conflicting with each other

    >>>THIS IS 1 OF MY FAVORITE MODS<<<

There are a few things I should point out regarding your post. Around the time the S550 mod was initially released back in 2018, it was compatible with the corresponding game versions from a few years ago. The mod also saw a few more updates afterwards that added, improved, changed, or removed some bits and pieces over time. Keep in mind that my updated version is based off of the last updated version made available on page 1 of this thread, which is somewhat broken due to recent updates to the game.

Changes were made to that version in order to make it working with the latest version of BeamNG, while also adding some more content and applying some general fixes and enhancements as described in my previous posts. I don't understand what you mean when you said my updated version has "less assets, less detail" when, in addition to the Mach 1 parts, I also added Euro-spec taillights, some additional badges and wheels, more factory colors, and even some components from older, previous versions. When I originally shared the updated version, it was 180 MB, a good chunk of which came from the high-resolution thumbnails. After resizing them, this dropped to 76 MB.

Regardless, it should come as no surprise that my revised version differs from the other versions in many other ways. While I will acknowledge the fact that you have the right to share your own opinions, not everyone will agree with them at the same time. Just saying.

To be fair, they aren't exactly a 1:1 match when compared to the actual vehicle, but overall are in the right direction. Have a listen to the following and you will see what I mean:

Tried a different combination of sounds. Difficult getting this right.

There aren't any differences between 2018 and 2019 models, as both are the facelift model years. There is, however, a difference between the pre-facelift (2015 - 2017) and facelift (2018 - present) models that may affect the sounds. In 2018, GT models gain an active exhaust system when the dual-tip exhausts are swapped for the quad-tips. The EcoBoost variant wouldn't receive it until a year later, but only when equipped with the quad-tip exhausts. As a side note, Shelby models like the GT350 and GT500 have this system by default. Anyone interested can visit the following to learn more, either this one or that one. And obviously, the exhausts found on export models are quieter than domestic ones due to various government regulations overseas.

Sound tuning is one of the most complicated aspects of BeamNG modding in my opinion, so I can understand why getting the 5.0L Coyote sounds right can be a chore. You aren't limited to just using that one YouTube video I previously linked for reference, since there are plenty of other videos that you can watch and listen to. I am not asking for an exact match, but as long as you can get the sounds close to the actual vehicle for the most part (since I often hear GT models in the United States), most people won't mind a few minor inconsistencies, given your limitations.

A future mod update may incorporate the active exhaust system with the use of the newer Driving and Safety Electronics system via 4 different exhaust modes offered on the actual vehicle: Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Track. I'm currently documenting on how to implement this since pre-facelift models (with the exception of the GT350) don't have the active exhaust system from the factory. But when I do get that sorted out, I believe they will pair with your improved sound samples better. I appreciate the effort you put into the more realistic Coyote sound samples.

I say original, but i put the files sizes next to each one to help people know what versions im talking about. But i really do appreciate the response. I was just trying to be helpful. I hope i didn't offend you in any way.
