A 4-door Sedan Covet would be really fitting in the Covet range, since the '88 Pessima is large enough (4.5m) for Ibishu to also have a smaller Sedan. The SOHC 1.5 and 1.8 Inline-4 engines are good for this type of car since a Sedan is well known to be a family hauler, before the SUV craze anyways. --- Post updated --- That "Lamborghini" isn't even a Lamborghini. It's just an Audi Q7 in drag. Don't change the subject of the conversation.
By the logic the Gallardo and Huracan aren't Lamborghinis either. Without knowing the in game lore of Civetta we can't make many claims, but between emissions regulations and profitability there are less and less companies making only sports cars every year. Lamborghini has the Urus (and had the LM002 and several concept car/prototype SUVs) Ferrari has the Purrosangue Aston Martin has the DBX (and Cygnet if we're including vehicles created only for emissions stuffs.... Then they put a V8 in it for reasons) Alfa Romeo has the Stelvio Lotus has the Eletra Porsche has the Macan and Cayenne Maserati has the Levante I think that covers all the relevant companies that make over 1,000 units per year, aside from McLaren
We're still talking about Minivanlover's sketch, right? Cause I don't understand the direction this conversation takes.
The vertex makes use of the aero actually! --- Post updated --- to be completely serious here, this front end looks more curvy than the teased supercar and that may as well be by design or drawn quickly in ms paint and not even supposed to resemble any car but what do i know
I was responding to your comment about Civetta's having to be supercars: My point is that between the lack of Civetta lore and the IRL trend of performance car companies diversifying their roster, saying that "X doesn't fit Civetta" is a stretch right now
I say this because it indeed, ideologically, doesn't fit Civetta making an SUV. No real-life Supercar company does this because "it fits their brand image", after all none of them started up by building SUVs. In fact, some of them (like Aston Martin, Ferrari, Porsche and Maserati, the latter before the request of Shah of Persia) hadn't even made Sedans before, like Minivanlover's design. They're all doing it for the money because the crazy rich people of this world are paying big. Plus, it's hypocritical bringing the "emissions regulations" and the SUVs in the same sentence. So yes, I'd really like a modern megalith of a Performance Luxury SUV in the BeamNG lore, even a Civetta one!
I'd certainly be open to the idea, but I feel like they're not going to add any more body styles. Hopefully the devs prove me wrong, though.
The thing that everyone seems to pass is that they confirmed that the next Tuesday will be a teaser "Help us out for next Tuesday".
SBR facelift? it maybe the super car/ Or something else. Makes me want tuseday more lol. Looks awesome what ever it is. Also I hope there is a Covet sedan. Or wagon.
I'm also thinking about some new kind of Hirochi, maybe the SBR4... Or maybe something less sporty, like a hatchback ! Some kind of pretty hardcore speculation would be to say that we'll maybe have a new car based on the Vivace. That would create something like a group and it could be great ! It could also be a Hirochi based on the Vivace (MK2 sunburst, as I had the idea in my idea thread ?), a 2023 facelifted Vivace (the design is from 2019) or maybe something completely new ! Anyway, it doesn't seem flat enough to be the new Civetta nor old enough to be something related to the Covet...
You could've said this from the beginning but ok, nice design anyways! --- Post updated --- If it's about the FCVs, then it could also be a 2-door Coupe based on the FCV platform. I actually suggested this a couple of years ago (though not in the Vehicle Suggestions, I did this by making a thread cause I didn't know the exact process back then) and I also gave it a name: "Vitesse" for the Coupe, "Vitesse Souffle" for the Roadster! The Hirochi being based on the Vivace is a bit far-fetched because if Hirochi makes Flat engines its trademark (which I hope it makes them a trademark, because we have no FWD cars powered by Flat engines right now and we also have no Boxer brand right now), then where is the next Sunburst gonna be based on?
A new campaign showcasing all the new features and content in 0.25 would be cool. After all, it has been a long time since we last got an official campaign and it seems people played them and then largely just forgot about them. --- Post updated --- I feel like an Accord Aerodeck would be nice for a Covet wagon of sorts (essentially just a stretched hatch)
it cant be an SBR facelift since its got a civetta badge on the front and text that says civetta on the back
