On Hold Dassault Falcon 8x

As said by the tag, the mod is on hold.

Ramer is most likely working on the model, its just on hold so he can learn to jbeam and script so when hes done with the model he can jbeam and script the plane right away as he said in the earlier post

this mod look great, i can't wait to see it on beamNG

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of model updates. I've lacked the time to work on anything. I think i will have the time to work on the mod next month.

Any particular new progress?

 

Well, I've been working on the seats, I added a floor and a cockpit doorway. The seats are hard because of how weird subsurf is.

 

A bit off-topic but this is a side project I've been working on.

I never noticed the hull was so high poly... it's a bit late now but expect it to spike like a meshslap in crashes. Also it will lag the game.

 

Thanks for the reminder to decimate almost half the geometry. Also im not expecting my first mod to not lag.

A little bit of bad news. I realized I deleted the tail and rear engines so I had to revert to an older save. this means I will have to completely redo the seats.

 

Couldnt you export just the seats as a .dae and them import it to the model with tail and engines?

 

Its already too late for that.
