I am trying to import the model in blender, but which "file" is it, because I cant see it in Wavefort (obj)
Without reading all of the thread I'll say the vivace is probably the better jbeam base as it's a 4 door and about a hair bigger then a swift also not bad cars the swift I wish you luck
Yeah I know, but I'm actually making the 2006 Swift, not the new one, The Covet would be the best for it, as it sort of feels like the 2006 swift, and also drives like it too
ohhh the old school one. Those are great lil cars Again i wish you the best of luck if i had more know how i will be happy to give a hand sadly i dont
thanks --- Post updated --- I had to install another model, the previous one was broken, this one has a interior too, but the glass is to dark. So whats the next step?
Not to scare you or be an asshole, but when doing something as modding you will have to expect and prepare yourself for self research, googling and seeing things on youtube. You will run into errors and odd stuff a long the way. This is why it is often recommended just to get something as a box into the game first, just to understand how everything works etc (I don't have the answer for your question though sorry, I would have helped more if I could)
I actually watched this video like 3 times, but in my 3d model, I cant separate parts for some reason.
Select your part in edit mode then click Mesh Now click "separate by selection" now just rename the model and you're done!
Yeah, mine was too. You have to change the drop down in the top left corner from "Object Mode" to "Edit Mode". Then you can select the individual faces then separate them from the main model.
okay i will try --- Post updated --- I tried in edit, the the full body is one whole part, looks like I gotta cut it somehow?
Yeah, now you should follow the original directions I sent. I can make you a video tomorrow if you still need help
