Three questions in one:

1. How to turn DRL's off?

2. How to make nights darker?

3. How to get engine sputter normally?

 

1: You can’t, only way to is to turn the engine off, but then you can’t drive (duh)
2: If you mean as in the time of day, again, no real way to, but there is a small section of the slider that makes it a little darker. If you don’t know what I mean, try to experiment with the slider until it’s right between dusk and night, or between night and dawn.
3: I’m a bit confused on what you mean

 

1. If you turn the engine on and off multiple times sometimes the lights don't turn back on.
NVM the lights stay on while the car is off.
