Had fun with the Picnic, I had a short burst of motivation to do an actual feature but I ran out of time, normal magazines usually use smaller sized fonts and 3 columns
Looks awesome! Heard that some people were getting upset about the mod being paid, but we're all thankful for the work you did on this. I will definitely be donating to get this mod sometime in the future!
That Nurburgring circuit looks amazing!! Can i find it somewhere in the forums or is it a private mod?
I love this mod! I bought it because I wanted to support Lucas and the quality looked so good, but it ended up being one of my most used cars lol. I have found a few bugs while playing with it though. 1. When equipping nitrous, a random node seems to just fall out of the car and drag behind it, causing noise and scrape particles 2. This turbo heat shield thingy is not double sided 3. The bumpers and tailgate seem to not like fully disconnecting. It's very noticeable on the tailgate if you select the "Break" option. I've also had a few crashes where the bumpers, although seemingly detached, still get dragged along by the car by some invisible rope. Even with these minor bugs, I still give this mod a solid 10/10!
Because Gumroad is a website that supports international payments only, you can use your credit card, or transfer your money from Dana to PayPal, it's easy bruh. and 4 euros is pretty cheap for me
OK so i'm SUPER against paid mods most of the time. I'm one of those folks who gave the Raven R20 creator a lot of shit for locking some content behind a paywall, and I do think if it gets too rooted in this modding community it could potentially ruin it Now, if you've not raged too hard and stopped reading yet, let me tell you why I MADE AN EXCEPTION and actually purchased this mod. And I want you to succeed in your endeavours. I have used your ETK a lot, it's SUPER GOOD QUALITY so when i saw your new paid mod, past the initial "ugh" and eye roll i actually really wanted to try it. I did read about you wanting to make this an actual source of income, like a job, and you do deliver developer-level quality, so that idea itself is amazing! I jumped into the internet since I figured, with how of a problem reuploads are in this community, it woulda already been reuploaded for free and, lo and behold, took 5 minutes. Gave it a shot. You delivered, man. Your mod is as always outstanding. Now, one of the main reasons i usually hate on paid mods is because it virtually gatekeeps them from any younger (or struggling) beamng users who might not really be able to spend money on the game. for lots of my friends, including me a couple years back, 5 bucks is a big investment, if at all possible. It's 1/3rd of beamng ffs! And lots of kids already pirate the game... There's a reason some people play exclusive f2p, and it's not always being dumb. Now I can actually afford it, though, and considering how easy it is to download it for free, any who might legitimately not be able to only need minimal amount of effort to bypass the purchase and enjoy the mod all the same. This is GOOD since it means i can actually support the creator without feeling bad about it! And so I did, I bought your mod, and dropped you an extra donation on ko-fi just to really get my point across. I want you to succeed, and I'll keep supporting you if you keep delivering quality and a good price. I'm a modder for other games, I know what it's like. Unlike what most folk think, not all people who tend to dislike paid mods are whiney kids without a reason other than selfishness. I will stick around, I will buy more cars if you make them. All I ask is that you keep an open mind to why people may be upset with you. Don't blame them, 5 bucks may seem insignificant, but for some users seeing beamng go predominantly paid mods only would completely ruin it for them (if it wasn't for the "free alternatives" of course). Stay cool, and don't get greedy. I am fortunate enough to be able to support you, and I will. Others will too. Your quality speaks for itself. We want to invest in an amazing creator like you. That's all from me, I'm eager to see what you make next!
