How many people would like beamng to have windshield wipers As it is actually quite simple with lua (can’t make myself as i have no idea what im doing i only know that it takes 2 line of code due to a mod i have)
LUA code is not the hard part here, the hard part is that the value has to somehow be transferred into a prop. This is done by entering 3 nodes, and then how to apply the value as movement. It is INCREDIBLY hard to actually do this correctly, I have sunken at least a day into trying to do this myself without any luck. It is simply not worth doing considering that we also do not even have rain on vanilla maps as of now. Same as for airbags goes here: very small gimmick that takes more time than it's worth and will be forgotten after 10 minutes of playing.
As I said im not a modder myself so I didn’t know what went on behind the scenes. I only thought that it was 2 lines of code. Sorry.
