I need to come up with a better name for this Okay, let's go Introducing the Universal Chassis which will allow you to fit 'fibreglass', downscaled & cut out official BeamNG cars on it. Basically, one universal chassis for all official BeamNG cars as 3/4th scale fibreglass bodies. Pretty much like those half scale gokarts with fibreglass bodies / 5/8th Legends Cars or any car that looks smaller than it should actually be. I'm also continuing the 'Homebuilt' theme/trend with this, just like my other mod: Homebuilt Compact Buggy My plans for it & what's already been done: Highly adjustable suspension - Being able to move it back & forth to make bodies fit Adjustable positions for the engines, transmission & differential - If I can make that work 'Fibreglass' cut out single part(?) bodies Additional frames/tubes to attach & support bodies Pigeon/Wigeon engines FR Layout (front engined, rear wheel drive) So far I've only lazily cut up a 200BX body as a testing bench and it does seem to work quite well.
Oh my god dude, this is actually so sick, I own 8 RC cars now hahaha, I love these things. Love the idea of using one universal chassis, this is gonna be so awesome. Little mini Nascars, 200BX, I love it!!! Most unique thing I've seen in a while
Default suspension should be able to have a lot of travel, you'll also be able to change the trackwidth by a lot, so I don't think I'll need to add offroad suspension -- Yes! And thank you for triggering my ADHD lmao
Finished up a lot of jbeams, added stuff, detailing, etc. Haven't properly started on 'fibreglass-ifying' the body yet
I see the pigeon engine, but will there be autobello swaps too? I think it actually may be smaller, if not the same size, as a Toyota prius.
my ADHD just goes off randomly lmfao --- Post updated --- but, adjustable suspension, sexy --- hence all the projects
