Classic Engine Mod Turbo Help

i need help with my turbo from classic engine & parts mod with my engine the intercooler works fine but if I use it on the (already ingame) stock engine it stops working
same for the turbo pipes any help?

Basically what's wrong?

 

well on my engine it works fine but when I use it on the stock engine its not damageable and I cant find out why

 

Maybe the flexbody section for the engine or turbo is wrong? Difficult to think of a reason if you don't know jbeam well

 

i looked at both jbeams the stock and my engine and they look like the same code
