Hello and welcome, to what is hopefully a fun series of threads about the BeamNG vehicles & their unique traits which makes them stand out from other in-game cars! Depending on the community reception, there will be more threads like this, especially for upcoming vehicles. Here is some fun & unique facts about the 200BX: Despite not being a good drag car base, it's was chosen as the first to have an adjustable wheelie bar height To add to previous point, the livery used on its drag config makes it the first car to have a livery inspired by an entirely different game Only car to have a 5-speed sequential transmission It was planned for the 200BX to receive a Gavril V8 swap, however, that title now belongs to the Hopper Features an "X-Type spoiler" which isn't used on any config It was the first car to receive a body kit (Turbo Rabbit) First car to feature selectable intakes rather than an entire separate "turbocharged engine" option Other than the bus & semi, it's the only car to have just a singular engine to choose from Feel free to add some fun facts of your own Made in collaboration with @CaptainZoll
It's probably the car that is the most obviously copied from a real car, stealing the looks and naming of the 180SX.
Despite having '2D' lights, the 200BX has 3D backings that light up Darude - Sandstorm is playing on the radio
Would love to live to see a remaster of this car. The 200bx concept is way more exciting than for example the new pessima. So that's why i think it is a good idea.
I find it weird that there is a police version that comes with a turbocharger from the factory, but this isn't availible to the public.
It's obviously not a factory version, I think the police department just took a tuned version and turned it into a cop car for some reason
If you look closely,It says "01,Darude-Sandstorm" Which is a song made by Darude which is a real song made But thats not the main point,It may be the first vehicle to actually have a Real song name in Radio input
It also implies that its not even a song off of the radio, but instead off of a CD, due to the 01 present it also impies it is a Burnt CD and not even the real CD due to the 01 popping up, alot of official music Cds where able to code the 01 to only appear on the filename and not display on the title aswell, although i may be mistaken on this one since i only had one non burnt CD i would listen to, and track numbers never appeared for it although i would have to say it being a burnt CD would be rather fitting
