Random crashes while playing

I have recently been having semi-consistent crashes while playing. They usually occur when AI traffic is spawned, but other than that I have no clue what could be causing it. The game crashes with the generic 0xc00000001 error and Event Viewer shows the crashes only sometimes. (see screenshot)

Specs (can provide more info if needed)
Ryzen 5 3600x
RTX 2060
16GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro

How the crash happens
1: Game will freeze. Sometimes this is just after spawning AI traffic, sometimes it is while I am driving around with them.
2: Game will stay frozen for 5-10 seconds before crashing to error window showing the 0xc00000001 error code.

What I have tried
- SFC scan
- Reinstalling GPU drivers
- Updating Windows
- Uninstalling AV
- Monitoring temps of both CPU and GPU, both well within limits
- Ran Furmark, no crash.
- Disabling background programs
- Checked Drive health
- Reinstalling BeamNG completely. (uninstalled, deleted all files related to beamNG in all directories, reinstalled. Did NOT move ANY data back)
- Using Procmon to record exactly what happens at the time of the crash. I could not find anything useful here but I am happy to crash the game again and share if that would be helpful.

Some other potentially helpful notes
- I am using an Xbox Series S/X controller with Win 10 wireless adapter from an older Xbox One Controller (I have been using this setup for at least a year without issue)
- Plex and Spotify are usually running in the background, I have not tested with both disabled at the same time.
- F1 2021 is the only other game I have had crashes in recently. I have played ATS at max settings for 4+ hours with no crashes.

I am at a loss here, I have looked online for others having this issue but haven't found anything. I have submitted a support ticket but haven't heard back yet (I'm sure they are busy, I don't expect them to drop everything to look at 1 user having some obscure error). I have played this game on this PC for 3+ years without issue. I am open to any and all suggestions. My next step is most likely to install windows on a scratch drive and test the game there.
