Mods not showing up even though they're in my mods folder

I downloaded at least 10 different mods just now and i added them to my mods folder and they show up in mods manager but not in the vehicle selector, what can I do to fix it?

 

Can you please show your mods folder file path? It would also help to see the .zip files in the mods folder.
Another reason this could be occurring is either the mods are broken and/or need to be unpack.

 

I unpacked all of them and that didnt work either so I cleared cache and all my imported mods are gone. Thanks for the answer too late now though.
