Released Rocket League Octane... With jump and boost!

    This is a meshslap... ish.

    This is a Rocket League Octane, with a scratch-made model from Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/fairlight51). The actual car is an Automation build with modified jbeam, but it's better than the hitboxes of Rocket League. It's not perfect. It has no lights, and that won't change in the near future. Also huge thanks to @Olrosse for doing the Lua, which is worth noting: controls for jumó and boost are not pre-bound. I have sacrificed my shifting for them.

    Future plans:
    Automatic transmission so you don’t have to play in arcade mode
    Painted versions (if you're into items in RL you know what that means)
    A bigger unpoppable ball
    A dedicated, more FPS-friendly stadium
    Scratch-done jbeam
    Decals

    The vehicle's transmission is incorrect, the driveshaft is not connected.

    The car has torque vectoring front differential, halfshafts, and a driveshaft that connects to a non-existing centre differential. The powertrain is not connected correctly. On the other hand, an RWD with torque vectoring is nearly undrivable.

    However, the vehicle is still very understable regardless of throttle, especially at higher speed. The suspension needs tuning big time

    It does but you need to bind the buttons yourself

    Is it completely manual like in the files? Last time I checked there wasn't anything ingame that said to bind anything.

    No, go to Settings > Controls > Vehicle Specific
