I know, but it's still quite a bunch of parts and I don't think I can really improve much the mess, in fact...

...another issue here. The turbos are imaginary I'm afraid, and adding them is not something I feel capable of doing properly.

Yet another thing I don't understand, I don't think the Defender had this issue...I really feel this is becoming a boiling pot at this point :(

Maybe start from the easiest things then. The doors and hood could be a good start, I'll give you an example.
There are 2 main problems with the doors now. The first one is also present on the hood. It is that the Jbeam follows the shape too precisely, ignoring geometry. It should be done in like a grid pattern, otherwise there is spiking even with a good 3D model. For example the Gavril Vertex used to have a problem where a center line of nodes of the doors was angled at the top, when it should be straight:

    20220606_143335.png
The same problem is with your hood and quarter panels, there should be a grid with evenly spaced nodes, you can ignore stuff like scoops because they don't need 100% fitting Jbeam (sorry for bad drawing skills here, I hope you get the idea):
    20220606_143528.jpg 20220606_143717.jpg
The quarter panels and roof have the same problem. Quarter panels have nodes pushed together that should be further apart. You can somewhat ignore the quarter glass there, nothing bad will happen if it has a node on it. In the roof, the sunroof doesn't have to follow the grid because it's not part of the main structure, but the rest should be consistent.
Another problem you have are the rigidifiers. They are too close to the doors in your case, which reduces the effect they are supposed to achieve, that is rigidifying the structure. They should be far enough away that some of the nodes they attach to form a 90 degree angle with the beams:
    20220606_144426.jpg
But they can't be too far away either, because when too many nodes make a sharp angle, the forces become unstable. Basically try to form a 90 degree angle first, then check if it vibrates on hard impact, if yes then bring it closer until it's fixed.
When using several rigidifiers, like in the roof, it all should be evenly spaced instead of back-biased like in your case:
    20220606_144740.jpg
Again the sunroof can be an exception here. It can have its own rigidifier or can be part of the roof.
If you can improve this, then you can try getting to the harder things, such as the node name conflicts between the frame and the body. There you should rename all the frame nodes that have the same names as some body nodes, and carefully change all the beams, triangles and torsionbars in the frame, engine, suspension, etc. to reference the new names (don't change the body ones). And while you are at it, change the references in the radiator too because it attaches to the frame.

He currently has a tight schedule around all that is going on with the fundamental bits of this mod, so no minivan any time soon. Additionally, if he does make cars from FH5 again, are you sure you want the Wuling Sunshine? It is the only minivan there is and I know you want the Odyssey but it is not there.

    Not any time soon

It will come if it comes, currently, JorgePinto has a lot on his schedule so it will NOT come any time soon; the fundamental parts have to be fixed, or else other extensions of this mod won't be good.

Dont feel disheartened about the errors, just use it as a learning curve and if its too big a task to repair it all, just use it as a template to practice fixes etc, so following mods gain from these. It is positive feedback for improving your skills unlike other members that say stuff to put people down.
Noone makes perfect mods straight away and just have fun, after all it is just a game to enjoy

I'm thankful for all the bug reports and suggestions since the only thing they do is to make the mod better. Without them, we might not even recognize problems that would become even harder to fix in the future, this is why it is a WIP Beta release; for people to spot bugs as the mod progresses. :)

Thank you everyone! I published a small hotfix:
    • Adjusted gear ratios and instead of having the 2 and 1 positions after D, now its S and M like IRL (thanks to CarTMatt @ Discord)
    • Made some adjustments to the doors, hood, roof, and rear suspension jbeams.
    • Fixed a shading issue in the rear left tailight

Yep, all Forza cars have the same issue, since you're not supposed to see behind the fender, and just like with the Defender, I'll eventually fill the hole once more serious matters have been taken care of, but it's on the to-do list for sure, don't worry.
