This is an expansion of the current vanilla content of this particular model. Models: The jbeam are fully customized, so a coupe acts like a coupe and a convertible as an convertible. Also the cabriolet body its based on the coupe. JBEAM: There are still many glitches and missing features, like: Skin UV is wrong Interior panels are incomplete Just 1 config per body JBeam needs more work Don't report any issues with textures or meshes, i am fully aware of them. Also if you think the bodywork does not look like exactly like certain car, its because its not meant to look exactly like that car but just similar enough. WIP: A sidenote: The original idea was to remaster the OG mod's that are already on the forum/repo but after inspecting the assets i decided that it was better to star form zero from the current vanilla assets. None of the original assets that where posted in the forum/repo where used.
im sorry to kind of revive this thread a little, but is there any way to reincorporate the roof bars to the coupe model, I love the look but it sucks when coupe mods of sedan cars have to drop the part option.
Is this a bump? Arguably, yes. Is it for a good reason? Arguably, yes. The bodies in the mod kill the car completely. I have absolutely no idea why, but I'd imagine it's got something to do with "body" notepad files.
Ah yeah i already fix that problem, along with many other small things. As a matter of fact i was about to upload the update but..... I used a modded set of rims for one of my configs so now i have to swap for a vanilla set, redo the thumbs and the screenshots so i will post the update on Monday 26. Edit: This was the culprit
It's better to explain bumping to now people rather than be rude and get mad. He's been on the forum for less than a month so he may not know the unwritten rules. --- Post updated --- If a thread has been inactive for more than a month or so don't respond or comment as when you do it gets on the front page and makes people think it was updated.
im not actually (too) new here ,i have had a an account for like a month or two and been here lookin’ the forums for a few years (probably around 4-5) --- Post updated --- besides it was a question before i tried and i can say now “no” i doesn’t
No. but i thin there is a mod that already does that just search for an etki mod on the mods downloads page. Man people get super upset about bumping in this forum in particular, i know rules rules rules. Anyway maybe this brig a little more attention to the mod, i will do an update on with the front part of an old e30 or maybe an audi i don't know, some of the modeling is done and i can just recycle the beam from the already existing front. Also probably will be realizing another mod to expand the suspension and performance of one of the two old American cars, work is done both cars but i need to properly test on the current version of the game.
that mod is broken cuz it removes the manual shifter completely --- Post updated --- and also i have done a deep cache clean and a normal one.
Yeah, this mod needs way more attention. I loved the new add-ons to the game but seeing how the I-Series went untouched, this is certainly the best improvement to it atm.
Oh thank you probably be updating in the next month or so, since the devs just release a new update i have la least 3 months before the may drop a new version of the game. Also i am going to release a soon as i test the new version a mod for either the moonhawk or the burnside, or both. Mods are mostly done but it needs more testing on the newer version of the game. And a mod that adds some classic wheels, the wheels (https://sketchfab.com/cesa210/collections/beamng-35bed4f4ad644f718ec9de8c619218f2) are done but honestly i got lazy at the testing phase since i wanted to release the wheel mod along the cars mod but i did not release either at the end. Here are some images to illustrate the job done:
I will check that but any fix will be post until next week or with luck this weekend. can you test the mod alone without any other custom content? just in case the problem is in your configuration and not in the mod.
