Okay,I disabled the diesel addon pack, and now there's a weird glitch with the glass where black lines are streaking all over
Sorry if this has already been mentioned. Is the suspension on the real car actually that bad? This thing is a real American land yacht.
The suspension and basically the entire drivetrain is 'reused' (ripped without changes) from the 1961 Fiat 1300/1500. Extremely outdated even when it started production so can't be too good irl. And of course there is also the questionable track width of some versions.
call me a psycho but i actually really love the suspension on the mod because all other cars have really.. terrible and stiff suspensions so i find it .. not gud in general but this mod really does it and is realistic IMO i like soft suspensions in general (lil tip if you want a semi realistic suspension movement on your car remove the sway bar)
TBH I don't mind it either, it's a different feeling car that has its own quirks. I was mainly just curious if was a BeamNG thing that the suspension was so soft or if the car IRL had the super-soft suspension. Reminds me of the Van in My Summer car lol.
This. It's a common misconception that the "sporty" the car is, the stiffer the suspension. Suspension that is too stiff can make the vehicle's tires unable to grab the surface or even worse, bounce. Even the suspension has infinity stiffness, weight transfer still exists(although mostly invisible), The use of stiff suspension on sport or race cars is to add more downforce without bottoming out. In other words, there's a trade off between the maximum downforce and bounce suppression.
You have to trust me. I had around 9 or 10 irl Trapezes, and sadly this suspension is that crappy, but its really comfortable for long routes. This suspension is mainly based on Miramars, because it cames from the same time period.
can we get a rear rally suspension, and a 4 wheel drive? The wagon version would make a nice little crossover !
Hi, For that ultimate quality mod I have few suggestions for some parts, to be that mod more epic. -add the option rims with oval type holes -fix the name of the MR86 (as it shows specifcation of the MR87) because MR86 had the same parts as MR83 except for the 3rd side window (aquarium) Also will be nice to see another specifcation with different front (as there was option for both front 'Borewicz" and 'Nosek" untill 1989) -add the early type steering wheel for the MR78 -add the option tail lights for 'Borewicz' type with small type reflector -add the possibility to delete hood vent of the MR78 (as it first comes later) -add the option badge on the grille of 'Borewicz' type versions FPS (FSO) and or (POLMO) -add the optional antenna under the windshield (for older models) -add the possibility optional badges on the decklid spoiler of 'Borewicz' type versions (1.5, 1.6, LS, LE etc.) -add the other option badges on the decklid of Caro type (1.6 SLE, GLE, GLI) -add the standard with possibility of delete the rear mudflaps on the older type cars, add standard front and rear mudflaps in newer cars. (in Caro MR91 optional behind the wheel and the older type) -fix the front mudflaps without plastic sills - there is a glitch hole. -add more colors/fabrics on the seats for the Caro -add the option for the decklid blend of Caro with all-red type -add the chequered pattern option for the fog lights -add the antistatic strap.
Seeing how Marf feels towards such suggestions over minor details I bet that it won't happen anytime soon and it's pretty pointless to post such, but these are definitely great ideas for some third party addons pack, I would love to see the all red trim hatch for the Caro or more badges, etc.
There is nothing more to say . @Hipo1990 As you may (or may not) have noticed this is not a 1:1 replica of the Polonez as I have mentioned many times before. I've done a few things my way and that's how they will stay. If you want, you can change them for yourself and the same with mentioned gadgets.
