Ok so, visually, im very impressed with the scintilla, it looks stunning, tho there is a massive problem, that makes this car so much more underwhelming then it should be, the sound... the sound is legit just the base v10 sound beamng has had in its files for years, only with slight adjustments im guessing, and i really really hope it will get updated, because it just sounds old and meh to be honest, when i read it will have a V10, i got really hyped, and then i saw a picture of the engine, and the sound i had in mind, was something like lexus LFA and the old 5.0 gallardo sound, but i got disappointed, now yes, its partly my fault, since i really expected too much, but after such a long time to work on the car, you would expect a better sound no? now, im no developer, and i have no clue how hard it is to make good sounds or new sounds or anything sound related, so maybe there is a good reason for it, i just hope it gets better someday, its just a really boring sound, and many mods have a similar sound already. Also, i feel like scintilla doesnt feel planted, like at all, even with tsc on, it seems to lose traction so quick, even under like 10-50% throttle, steering feels odd aswell, very light even after putting the chassis FFB up all the way in the tuning menu, tho this could be caused by my FFB settings. EDIT: after sorta fixing my ffb, the car feels fine
the steering feel is something similar to the Lancia Stratos or a renault 5 turbo its very unstable and quick to change directions for me the ffb is ok for beamng standards which aren't great i have a fanatec podium dd1 for context and most of the cars in beamng are quite hard to predict
Yea the sound now that i listen to it is quite boring. honestly the bolide actually sounds FASTER than the scintilla when comparing them
to be honest, i think the sound of the V10 fits the Scintilla perfectly, i find it to be a wonderful sound lol
its sound really low quality and screammy in my opinion. i was hoping no v8 but swapping the v8 car makes this car nice to the ears and handeling
