Now that the update is finally out, I can leave behind my act of attempting to derail the update speculation thread in order to extract spoilers from the devs and actually be constructive again!

So here's what I think about the new car:



It's unremarkable, but that's a good thing. It doesn't look "off" like some other BeamNG cars. Instead, it takes cues from well-known sports cars and refines them into something original and greater than the sum of its parts. Somehow it looks better than most real sports cars today.



It's also the perfect size for a supercar. It isn't a puny Lotus ripoff as I had feared, in fact it's almost exactly as long as an ETK I-series and a good amount wider as well.



The colors are nice too. I'm a big fan of this purple color.



The driving experience wins a Todd Howard Award for "just working." Whatever technical limitations kept modern supercars out of the game have been resolved, clearly. What we have is a well-balanced mix of power, grip and rigidity that nobody should have any complaints about.



It's fast.
