You need to go to the beta 32-bit branch of BeamNG.Drive now since 32-bit isn't supported. Their words:
Today we would like to let everyone know that with the release of version 0.25, the 32-bit client will be discontinued. Please note that there will be no support or updates for this version going forward.

However, you may still access the last supported version by switching to the following branch on Steam: 0.23.5.1-32bit - No updates - Windows 32bit - 0.23.5.2

To get to the beta branch, you right click on the game in steam, go to properties, then to beta, then you click on the drop down menu.
If you don't run this game in steam, you have a pirated copy and we don't support you.
