or maybe they bring out anouther New Modern Car that could be used for everything like a Dodge Charger 2020, it could be a i4/V6 Hybrid, offroader, Police Car, many V8 options, V8 with a Supercharger like a Hellcat etc.
the last one the Chierre is just another Sunburst and got quite boring very quick....

I can Imagine this car getting a remaster or facelift. Facelift would look like the new BMW 5series with that big front grill, the new headlights and the interior with a big screen. And maybe also add a allroad variant like on the new LeGran update. I would love to see this for this car.

 

New interior colors were added to this and the K, hopefully a refresh is coming soon.

 

Hello, there is a problem that i have noticed for a long time on the ETK 800 that is not present on the other vehicles. The emergency braking lights in connection with ABS flash even with light braking, especially at high speed.
We can see in the video that on the Cherrier the brake light behave normally while on the ETK the ABS starts for no reason.

Here are some ideas for the engines of the modern ETKs: when the modern ETKs get remastered, the engines can get more ECUs/Turbochargers (Factory and Stage-tuning) for creating more versions for each engine, a la Cherrier FCV.
Also, a couple of 1.5 Turbocharged Inline-3s (gas and diesel) can be added to the lower end of the range because the 800/K-Series aren't very large and heavy cars, so they definitely can get around with them, and because these 1.5 engines will complete the modern German "0.5 liter Lego" way of engine design very nicely since we already have the 2.0 Inline-4 gas/diesel and the 3.0 Inline-6 gas/diesel engines. And a 4.0 Twin-Turbocharged V8 to the higher end would further complete this exact way of engine design.

As for the 3.0 Inline-6 Turbodiesel, its turbo (or turbos, for when it gets remastered and updated with extra content) should sound louder when the exhaust is missing and/or when it gets a remap!



P.S.: On a different note, the small cornering lights ClassicMike added to the Headlights of the 800 complete the functionality of them and they really improve visibility during night time, so I think they could be added in the remastering!

Here you can see that this bmw's instrument cluster can change colors, i think it does depending on daytime - day (white) night (orange). This can be implemented to ETK 800 and also it can be used for different modes for example white on normal/comfort and orange/red on sport/sport+ (another small suggestion- add sport+ for autos which can be used on track or for really aggressive drive please

The instrument cluster can also benefit from some changes and additions such as having the little display below the speedometer used for range. Currently it's only used for icons like esc/tcs or damage and it stays empty most of the time so these things can be moved to different location like on the bmw's.

But in order for that to be possible the steering wheel needs to be lowered because it hides the lower part of the instrument cluster currently.

Basically this car doesn't need serious reworks on the exterior but interior needs to have it's core reworked (dash being too flat, seats too low, steering wheel too high, inverted normal maps)

 

I think it does this as it's got auto headlamps, so when the lights turn on, the gauges turn red
Though, those gauges ARE backlit (in white) when the headlights are off, so, you should still be able to read them in the dark.

I do agree on the different gauges, like how the I series has the TTsport gauges with the red needles

 

Just noticed something about the "Ready" and "Off" positions of the tachometer in the gauge cluster: when you put the ignition on "Accessories Only" and "Off" modes, the rev counter needle only gets on the "Ready" position instead of the "Off" one below it. This is also true of the K-Series too.

 

Is it just me or is the cockpit for this car clipping into the roof? If that is can you please fix it because it annoys me alot.

 

For expanding the content of the ETK 800-Series, I found another version to complement the German Banana Taxi variant I proposed: a Safety Car variant, having an Amber Wig-Wag Light Bar and being based on the absolute range topper ttSport version. It would be great. A Safety Car variant would also be great for the K-Series.

edit: To be more specific, the ETK-800, being a Wagon, could have a Medical Car variant while, supposing that it's also gonna have a Sedan body in a future remaster, that Sedan could have the role of the Safety Car. As for the K-Series, the Safety Car variant is more appropriate due to the Coupe body of that car.

 

Love the remaster

 

While the update is considered only a "refresh" I feel a remaster was unnecessary. Just a refresh took the modern ETK's to the standard of all of the new and remastered vehicles and made them into a vehicle that I will regularly use.
