Kameishi Touge is a mountain pass in Shizuoka, Japan that connects Usami and Ito City to the Izu Skyline toll road.

For most of the way there are two uphill lanes and one downhill lane which makes Kameishi quite an unusual touge. The road is very wide and even the downhill lane can fit two cars side by side.

Like many other touges, Kameishi was a popular drift spot in the early to mid 90s. Many S13's, 180SX's, RX7's and AE86's have drifted there and you can find videos of them on Youtube. The drifters raced mostly on the 2-lane uphill but some were skilled enough to slide on the downhill lane. I think Kameishi is one of the easiest touges (and my favorite) to drift although the guardrails tell a different story.

This is NOT how the road looks today but instead a 1995-ish version with abused guardrails. Nowadays there is more 2+1 lane road, the guardrails are different and some of the road signs are different too.

Recently I (MOST) learned to drift the Ibishu 200BX's "Drift" setup. This map will help me learn to drift better, is this a map for professionals?

Nice! Does it use a beamNG terrain, or is it a mesh map? I see some groundcover so I'm hoping it's a terrain map.

    Looks great so far :)
The roadside vegetation looks a little bland tho, I just had a look at Google streetview and there are a lot more different types of plants.
I'd put down some of the maritime and scots pines from Italy in big clusters, and I'd also mix in some of the generic trees from Italy.
You could also import some of the bushes (probably not the banana ones, but the others would be fine) from JRI, although they might be too bright green.

If the author doesn't say anything, then we have to wait patiently! It is a pity that not many people understand this ...
