Hi really grateful if i can get some tips. I comissioned someone to help customise an existing map (i.e. Italy.zip) to add an extra portion of the city for me to practice driving. I can tell they have been working on it because they shared screenshots. However, when they share with me the mod file that i unpack, the edited area doesn't have their edits. Alternatively they tried to send me the entire Italy.zip file in their content->levels and that has the same results. Really hoping someone with map mod experience might have a clue what we might be doing wrong. Attached is a screenshot of what i see versus what they see.
Not sure what they are doing but editing a zip file directly is not "modding", you do the changes in your levels folder and then copy to mods and pack, when you get this mod you shouldn't unpack it but just leave it as it is because unpacked maps are more laggy
