Somewhere there was mention of an abandoned runway, so with some small plane you will be able to take off and fly
Since there were lots of questions about this, i will turn that abandoned airstrip into a small airport. EDIT: There you have it folks, a small functional airport for ECUSA!

The highway has 2 lanes on each side already which starts from the town and it end in the corner of the map, as you can see in the picture i sent above in the south area. I dont think i will make it longer than it is already because its not a map made for highways.
Well i guess my only criticism would be the four lane highway bit looks very out of place in such a rural (and not to mention small) map. It looks good, but out of place, two lanes with short overtaking lanes would be than adequate for such an area
I thought about what you said about the and I had a look at the map of Maine. Highway signs for US1 and US2 are posted in ECUSA and they sort of meet up here in real life: https://www.google.com/maps/place/B...0918b0a7af7677!8m2!3d44.8016313!4d-68.7712383 Interstate 95 also shows up here. Seems pretty authentic to me, unfortunately.
Is there going to be a police station / Fire station / Hospital?, im sorry but i dont have the pations looking thru all the 17 slides
This map however, does not contain such a large residential population like Bangor, and if it were to have such a large highway or interstate end here then surely the population would match, and it does not
