Not sure if you’re still unaware, but he’d been fighting stage 4 cancer for the last year-ish, and he wasn’t able to overcome it.
Im honestly stumped as to what to do, with anything i do it just keeps inverting and i cant stop it no matter what i do
Like i said, no matter what i do after like 3 edits everything reverts itself back to the original state
could be a hard drive bug or file bug thats the best i can think of or a system error i would suggest trying to check if the files are corrupted after something you did
I can try to help you: To me it looks like it can't write on the disk, try to run as administrator and check the folder's permissions on both the program folder and the folder where you save, common users should have read and write permission. if you use some antivirus, try adding those folders to it's white list too. Does the issue also happen on other programs? any windows update that may have triggered the issue?
"Unfortunately" if it doesn't happen to other programs I'm not sure this will work unless you already touched the permissions, if something messe them, most often it does for the whole disk. I'd try the "run as administrator route" and maybe do a fresh install of the program after uninstalling it and deleting its configuration.

It's dead. I haven't touched the model since probably mid July. it's sitting in my drive collecting dust rn.
