Hello there Kaindra, as far as I know, nobody has ever made an Indonesian diesel locomotive here (heck even no one has ever made a proper modeled local car such as Avanza in here lol). And also what you are asking for is not a skin, you are asking for a model/mod of CC201 and the others. There is actually one Youtuber who imported CC206 3D model into BeamNG and made it work, though that's a private model and not a proper mod.
